Review: Aside from the fact that there was a fault with the screen on this beautiful Samsung LE19R71WX TV which disappointed me no end when I unwrapped it yesterday, the picture and sound quality were shocking!
My old 14" portable TV was better than this!
I am very techno literate so fiddled with every single setting incase I had missed some glaringly important 'better picture and sound here' button!!! But no...it was very easy to set up...but very poor quality.
I would recommend the Philips 20" if you want a decent bedroom tv (dolby sound as well!) which is currently very well priced at a large eletrical chain.
The sound is tinny and adjusting the treble doesn't help. The colour is gawdy (even on the coolness 1 setting) and the picture quality more blurry than watching after 4 vodkas!
A real disappointment.
