Review Summary: An excellent buy

Review: I originally purchased another brand of LCD TV but was not satisfied the picture quality nor with other aspects.
I returned it and got the 23" Samsung LE23R71BX TV instead and am very pleased with the picture quality.
The sound is not Hi-Fi but is perfectly acceptable.
I would have given the item five stars except for two points which annoy me

1 - Every time the tv is swithed off or even if videos are watched the picture setting reverts to 16:9 and has to be re-set which is annoying.

2 - The item has a volume limiter and over loud signals such as the inevitable blasting of your ears by adverts should be reduced but this function either does not work or is ineffectual.

Otherwise I am very happy with the item and would recommend it.
