Review: used Tom tom for years now. Bought a Tom Tom Go 720T sat nav as an upgrade to 700. Great new look, great new features, Very poor quality. Quick menu has to be reset after using Tomtom home every time, cameras didn't work after updates, device asked if I wanted to connect to computer every tiome I plugged it in to car, constantly resets time to 0:00, switched off in car every few minutes depite good connection etc etc. Support not a lot of good. Got a replacement from Dixons with no hassle whatsoever but same problems. Very poor piece of kit. Replacement returned within a week as absolutely useless. Many people have had worse problems than me. The worst tomtom ever created. Even the maps are poorer quality than previous versions. |
