Review: This Toshiba WLT56B widescreen tv is a nicely put together, neat unit, and everything seems to be in their right places. But where's the power on/off switch?! Performance seems good, although the default (contrast, colour etc) settings probably don't do it justice. There are a good number of sockets behind the back; however the cover for these sockets becomes obsolete when you plug something in. What's the point in having a cover if you can't use it?
I double mine as a larger PC monitor from my 12 inch laptop screen and works rather well. Set up and usage is very easy and has a good number of features, such as Picture in Picture, Freeview, auto-tuning, reception quality, etc.
After over a year since its release, this model is still selling and holding its price. If it was fully HD compatible I would give it 5 stars for its price.
