Good Points: [1] Easy remote control, good sized buttons for adults, nicely spaced.
[2] Easy to record programs, just use the one button to record what you watch or go to the menu and click the program to record it and any others you want up to 7 days ahead.
[3] All the menu systems are very easy to use, all one button then into the area to set what you want.
[4] We have never had a Remote control this easy to use.
[5] Nice large Hard Drive to record to, loads of space for all your favorites.
Bad Points: None yet

Well its nice to be able to say this at last, this is a really Great British company.
Great products and Great service.
